So I knew that last pound lost was from food poisoning. At least we're only playing with a pound here. I may even gain more weight as I am about to hit the gym hard with a new goal. Circuit training everyday using full body moves to blast fat on my whole body and keep my metabolism revved for the full day. Saturdays are the day off since I work like a crazy person. I will be doing this until the end of the month at least. Time to gain some serious muscle!! (Muscle burns more fat than fat, so go get some muscle people!!)

Good for you! Muscle is great. It's better to weigh more if it's due to muscle. I undertook the same endeavor. You might find that you don't gain weight, because you're decreasing fat as you add muscle. But regardless, you'll look better and be healthier, and that's awesome! Good luck and have fun :)
