I missed my calorie count yesterday, so I spent some extra time on the treadclimber to make up for it. It must have worked, as I'm down about 1/4 lb. Yeah, it's slow going, and at this rate I definitely won't make my goal weight in time for the Black Widow movie. Well, what's life without a little challenge? I'm still working on a cardio circuit routine, yesterday I swapped the flys out for front/side arm raises, which I think work better. Because deadlifts seem to hurt my back too much, I've been doing reverse lunges. I'm trying to do a bicep curl while lunging, but maybe that's too much going on for now. I maybe need to just work on my form & add the curls after I'm more comfortable with the lunge. Part of the reason I've opted for lunges is for balance work. Maybe I should do a knee raise on the return, again to work on the balance? I also do a squat with overhead press using dumbells, and that may work the bicep enough. I don't know, still trying to figure all this out. I repeat the circuit twice, took about 45 minutes last night. Like I said, still a work in progress - like me!
