Warning: Oversharing ahead...

I had my first shark week in six months and started with a new contraceptive this weekend. Even though I have not logged all calories this weekend, I was very good and didn't cheat at all. I HOPE this weight gain is due to the "curse of Eve" and only temporarily!
84.4 公斤 最近减少: 0 公斤.    还有: 29.4 公斤.    饮食准则: 100%.

I've read that a change in medication or even starting on contraceptives can add water weight and of course the dreaded period gain...I don't even look at the mirror when I'm on my period.Keep being consistent...Your body knows what to do... Definitely.👏💪
