Mooncat you're obviously doing something right coz I exercise 6 time's a week and I don't loose that much each week 🤣 so a big 👍 to you. Let me know your secrets into loosing that much please 💪👊👍 xx

Thanks very much Rachel. I think with me being so heavy in the first place the first few months were very easy. 1000 calories a day I’m keeping below but still eat 3 decent meals a day, mainly white fish or turkey with salad for dinner. Saturdays are a treat, an M&S count on us chicken curry 😂 X

Wow 1000 Calories, maybe I need to lower mine then as mine is 1500 calories but I'm only loosing 1.6lb or lower a week. Your eating really healthy too. I eat load's of salad's lol. Cheers for letting me know your secrets mooncat you're definitely inspiring me.xx

Rachel any loss is a loss! I don't lose anything since first week of June pre period and during period weeks always a hell no to weight loss from my body!😕🤣 and before that I was 2 months without any loss! don't get discouraged as everything will be ok if you give it time ☺️
