I've not been smoke free for 3 months; a major health bonus. HOWEVER I've gained almost 25 lbs....... so I've traded one health issue for another. I'm predisposed to diabetes, so now that's also another thing to worry about! It's this just a wonderful Catch 22.
I know stop whining and do something about it.... I am,
step 1. VENT, get it off my chest
step 2. Put on Big Girl panties and get busy!
