Not exercising like I should, other than walking and standing all day at my job; however, I'm still losing weight. Now my goal this week is to get in those exercise machines & strength training sessions :)

Good for you that you're losing! IMHO I truly believe in the 95/5 rule. It's truly 95% what you put in your mouth, and 5% on how much (and how) you move. Eating well makes you lose weight. Strength training and small bursts of cardio make you look good. Sounds like you are on the right path!
