Mini-Cut Day 8
Only 2 1/8" To Go!
Rest Day

Today's Waist = 34 1/8"; down 1/4"
Starting Waist = 35 3/8"
Goal Waist = 32"

One day and a quarter inch closer on a lift/feast day. I'll take it. Porterhouse, rice, and whole roasted Spanish onions. Couldn't get through it all. Roasted onions are the shit for dieting. Delicious treat. Very low caloric density. Ad libitem sleep came in at almost 11 hours. Holy cow. Morning practice just interrupted to cook up steak and eggs for #1 and friends just in from the clubs. Finishing up week's food prep. Couple chores. Then off to absorb my micronutrients poolside, directly through the skin.

I could eat roasted onions, bell peppers and whole garlic cloves every day and be happy as a pig in mud. Hope you had a relaxing afternoon 🌴🏊🏻‍♂️🌞
