ONLY 2 3/8" To Go!
Lift Day

Today's Waist = 34 3/8"; down 1/8"
Starting Waist = 35 3/8"
Goal Waist = 32"

Boom. That's what's up. Cut plan written up. Week one in the books. Next week's lift days programmed. Menu uploaded to FS. Fam food prepped. Leaving the house during crunch time (rest day evenings) starting Sunday. Fuck em. They'll figure it out. Gonna use that time to write. Prioritizing Jimmie in the Jimmie house for a minute. Posted Ad for new EA, so I can breathe again. Next Up - Housekeeper, Finish Standing Office Upgrade, Dental, Whitening, Derm, Eyes Done, New Ride, Patio, finish Kitchen; misc repairs and upgrades. Probably should get a handyman for that shit now that I think of it....

Anyway, you get the idea.
