It’s so hard! I’m not very mobile so it’s hard to get the exercise I need. I’d love a pool. Had one b4 and was able to keep it off. I can’t walk far at all so that’s our. I do yoga and stretching. I dance in place as often as possible. Every little bit helps. Thanks for your support!
