I know most of the people here are looking to lose weight, but I’m really having a hard time gaining (muscle) :C I still can’t figure out my maintenance, otherwise my training is good I believe. Walked 30K steps yesterday!

My son, who ran marathons for years, says that, training 5 days a week, it takes about 3 weeks to notice cardiovascular fitness improvement, but nearly 3 months to see muscle strength improve much. It may not be the same for everyone.
