Shockeeeddd my weight has gone down since last weigh in. I think it’s loss in muscle mass Bc I’ve been eating all the bad things and not tracking. Also I just feel bleh. Have a trip coming up in 2 weeks so I’m focusing on no/very low carbs until then. Bathing suit time!
