I'm down 1.8!!!
This makes me so happy since I don't normally lose that much in one week. Also, I am on my period, so that makes this loss even more special, since this is normally a small loss, maintain, or small gain week for me.
What did I do differently? I ate more.
Yes, MORE. Normally I eat all of my daily points (about 1300 calories) plus all of my weekly points (about 300 more calories per day) and don't eat any of my activity points. This last week I ate at least half of my activity points...
So I'm happy to report that apparently I'm one of those lucky Weight Watchers who loses more when eating more.
I'm going to try the same thing this week and see what happens!
