OH hell no!!! LOL!!! I just have not been into this lately!!!!! Warmer weather gets me outside working in my yard, which IS great exercise, but I need to get back to exercising daily with my weights and getting back on that treadmill and Hey, why not get some exercise in the pool too!!!??? Warmer weather also brings out my drinking habit and all the beer doesn't help!!! I know I ate poorly this weekend, and today's weight is hopefully just a fluke...but HELL NO, 130 ANYTHING is not acceptable!

So, no excuses!!! BACK ON IT TODAY!!!
