Yesterday (and today for that matter) I am a victim of the flu. That means that yesterday I ate breakfast (which I threw up) and dinner (which was a pita bread with shrimps and lettuce). Almost no calorie intake, though I did drink plenty of water as suggested by both my doctor and my weight loss program.
The result today is probably way off, but I did manage to lose a staggering 1.3 kg! At least there is ONE perk to being sick.
I am curious how my weight will act the next couple of days - I am sure this is a one day one event and that I will have to fight it off once more.
I am getting better, hopefully I will be back to work on monday. Life is good!
