I'm watching my calories but feel I need to focus more on nutrition & drinking more water. I still gotta have something sweet, so I try to keep it in moderation. I have not begun to incorporate regular exercise, I put on muscle easily & I don't want to see the numbers go up and then become discouraged. Many thanks to all for your support.
