HAVE NOT BEEN ON LINE FOR A FEW WEEKS AS i WAS IN PHOENIX FOR 2 WEEKS AND JUST GOT HOME. WOULD YOU BELIEVE I LOST 3 LBS-ONE OF THE KEYS WAS THAT I ATE ENOUGH AT MEALS AND THEN WAS NOT SNACKING IN BETWEEN. I CAN NOT REMEMBER WHEN I LAST WEIGHED THIS WEIGHT. I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO BUT I AM GOING TO MAKE IT SLOW BUT SURE. MY GOAL IS FOR ANOTHER T0 LBS IN THE NEXT TWO MONTHS. I HAVE OVER 40 LBS TO GO TO MY GOAL. HANG IN THERE AND NEVER STOP TRYING.
