Okay so I'm pretty sure my weighing scales got it wrong yesterday, Ive taken to weighing myself at least 3-5 times to make sure the weight is right. And I also did this about 10 times this morning because to my absolute delight when I got on the scales this morning I was exactly 300lbs. Now to some people this means nothing but for me, its everything, I havent been 300lbs or under in 3 years! I am so motivated, I have never stuck with any new lifestyle change this long and the fact that the results are showing...its giving me chills!! So happy and so motivated. Im getting there...
