Weight just normally fluctuates. I don’t think it’s realistic to lose weight every week. It’s a slow (but worth it) process! Don’t get discouraged :)

I had a week like that too. Some weeks you win your battle on the scale, some weeks you win the battle in other ways. Trust me the work you put in paid off!

I had quite a few weeks like that. Then all of a sudden it starts dropping. Just stick with it. Don’t get discouraged.

Plateaus are so typical - even bump ups - I look to changes on a weekly basis to judge my progress - especially if I see a big drop in a few days I know it’s going to go up.. but over time, when I pay attention, it always comes down.
