Yesterday I put in half an hour at the gym. It was pouring outside, but I was able to get some time in and give myself a decent workout. All the clocks were wrong so they must have had a power cut earlier. Still, after half an hour of exercise, five minutes in the hot tub, and a further five in the sauna, it's hard not to feel a sense of renewal.

I wonder to what extent time in the sauna helps with weight loss? Probably very little, if at all.

Good job on the workout! Yeah With Saunas, you can loose something at first because its just water water, and you gain it back once you get your self hydrated again, from what i heard.

I don't know what the sauna would do except to help circulate blood near the skin. I don't see a correlation with weight loss other than it helps the muscles move out waste via an increased blood supply! You are doing so good! Keep it up! Blast it is snowing here again... but I shall continue to go outside on a mile walk. If I didn't... I would almost never leave the house except for work and shopping!
