Crossing my fingers 🤞 vacation is always hard for keeping the weight. I think the only "vacation" where I ever lost some kilos was India. It was rather a business trip and I didn't want to have extra treatment with my meals. I went with my workmates to their cantine and ate things I never saw or have heard before. Pretty spicy but delicious (and all vegetarian!). But hard to digest for me 💩😅

Only holiday I actually lost weight was a boat cruise and I caught coronavirus 🤢

I am actually very surprised with weight loss. I must have retained water on the previous weigh in ( due to menstruation 😔).
And I must say, intermittent fasting does help with weight lost. I am on one meal a day / omad and I don’t feel hungry.
As for going on holiday, I definitely won’t be going to India or going on a cruise ship 😁
