Hi people I want say a little bit about myself. Before I love to eat too much sometimes looking at the food I want to consume i will say to myself na only me wan eat this one 😄😄. But ever since I started counting my calories intake everything changed I bearly eat this days I don't even have appetite to eat much. So my people you can do it also. What really helps me is exercise even if you cannot do hard ones just talk a walk at list 30 minutes. If you are the kind of person that like swallow is better to eat oatmeal fufu. and also cut down on red oil.
