I wish i could celebrate this weight but its an 11lb gain over the past few weeks. I find myself in these minor states of depression where I want to do nothing but merely exist on my couch and eat snacks and drink seltzers...this one lasted longer than my usual 2/3 day binge. First step is getting back to 240, then 225 so I can get me a bigger air fryer!
