March was a tough month for me...and now April as well. When my weight loss began to stall, I got discouraged and ultimately ate more., and my weight went up. I work with a personal trainer, eat healthy for the most part, and get 10k steps in a day. but it’s clearly not working. I feel lost.

Sometimes a few mistakes are necessary to find where we need to be. Maybe going back to the drawing board. To change a few things could give you a kick in the butt moving forward. Don't let the scale get you down. We all have setbacks. Sometimes 2 steps back to spring 3 steps ahead.

Weight loss can sometimes be a mental game... maybe check out some weight loss t.v. programs for inspiration? When I’m in a rut I watch “Strong” on Netflix. Otherwise, it sounds like you have a solid plan, it’s just a matter of your body catching up. You can do it! We’re all cheering you on!
