I'm thrilled 😁 I restricted cut my calories pretty severely all week, but still hit my macros - and the scale actually reflects my efforts. Lost 4 pounds this past week 🏆my pants are saggin' 😋

Thanks Augusta. Haven't been in the 150s since 2012. I've been carrying all this extra weight like a security blanket for NINE years. It's time to let it go. So much of my weight gain was mental and emotional. 💔❤️
