Going to try implement a few different things this week. Strict eating window from 11am to 7pm.
Normal calorie restriction on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday of 1,000. Hardcore calorie restriction on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday of 650. I think a week of cycling can get me to where I want to be. Then I can ease off and readjust for a maintenance weight and more appropriate daily calorie intake of 1,000 - 1,200 calories.
