Last night I did go to the gym, Yeah! I fixed a small bowl of leftovers and I fixed garlic bread (intended for my husband, the garlic bread). I wanted a piece of that bread, so I decided to eat my bowl of leftovers and then see if I was still interested in the bread. It worked, I did not eat the bread. I was satisfied and the filling never hit me to eat the bread after that. So, I have found the key to success, if I want something that maybe I shouldn't have I will eat something good to fill me up and then I won't want the bad stuff. I do that with sweets, I will quickly eat a piece of fruit and then the sweet craving is gone. :) Good day, today I hope it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
