I've dropped below 18 stone, a significant benchmark. Looking back, I see I've lost 1/3 of my original weight. I now have to lose 1/3 of my present weight in order to reach my goal. It's taken me a surprising ten months to drop 130 lbs of my weight in March 2010. Now, I have less than 90 lbs to go. It is a struggle, but the goal comes closer each day, and the results are becoming visible (even to me) in greater flexibility, greater mobility, and even better sleep.

Oh, Fledgist, you have done such an amazing job on this journey. 130 pounds in 10 months? You should be so proud of yourself, and I really think it may be time to update your picture! Wow, that is fantastic! Congratulations, and I am sure that you will reach your goal with little difficulty! Way to go!

Thanks, Ctlss! I guess I should update my picture. I just don't think to take too many full body shots of myself (the one I've been using was taken at a conference in November 2010, when I weighed a bit under 280 lbs).
