ok, well here we go; up down & all around, but hey that is just the way it is in my life right now. With weight, with moods, with life....just take it as it comes & goes...I guess. At least today it is a 'dip' down from yesterday but still I have to get back in the 140s for a little more than a day or two, "lets make it happen body"! (talking to myself as usual :-)
At least I feel good and it will all happen in time, I hope :-)
I did have a concern yesterday and called my doc to ask his opinion. I am developing a 'pouch' on my upper tummy area (a little above belly button) and seem swollen in my tummy also. There is no pain and I have normal BM & all but it is concerning since I have never that in my waist area. I will keep an eye on that and measure daily and get with him if it changes. Last night I realized one thing I'm doing different is I'm applying a progesterone cream I got from a health food store on my stomach daily. I use to alternate areas where I would apply it, but stopped using for awhile and just recently just apply it to my stomach. I'm wondering if that is a cause of the pouch/swelling? I'm going to call and update him on that also. Anyone else hear of anything like this?
