covid lockdown sucks, unable to go to gym as they are closed, I have put on approx 10lbs since October. walking seems keeps the weight off but i dont seem to lose weight, so i started running. I tried it for first 3 weeks ago but strained a thigh muscle on my second run. A friend advised me to intermittent running walking program to start off with so into my second week. going ok so far.
