SPRING CUT - DAY 29
62 Hours Fasted

That last refeed killed my momentum. Tempted to reschedule tonight's family dinner and keep the fast. Probably not the best idea. Plan is to confine my refeed to dinner at the restaurant. I can have whatever I want, just no snacking later at home. Or late night fried salami sandwiches...

I also feel like I don't really get into my fasting groove until 60 hours - the third morning post refeed. Which indicates a longer fast. Which raises productivity issues. Whatever.

Sour mind this morning. Super resistant to moving forward. Fucking raining again.

Good news is the weekend was super productive. Prep's done. Clear forward path on key projects. Well positioned to get some shit done while burning some fat!
