I probably need to start recording what I eat again. My weight is hovering around this range and I'm not really losing. At least I'm not gaining. I'm eating less refined carbs for sure though and I definitely can tell a difference in how I feel.
Went for a nice walk again this morning up a super steep hill. It was hard, but I didn't stop. The weather is still great... highs in the 60s. It was about 40 when I went out this morning, but I got hot in a hurry. Took my dog out to the frisbee park this afternoon and did some more walking. It felt great.
I've been letting my gray hair grow out. I was getting sick of dying it dark. I'm not sure if I like how I look with gray hair. It really affects my self perception to see a grandma staring back at in me in the mirror. I shouldn't let it bother me, but who doesn't want to be told they look young? And that won't be happening any more. It's silly to care.
