SPRING CUT - DAY 24
39 Hours Fasted

Not much to report. Still working off the midpoint refeed. Super productive yesterday. Feeling comfortable in my own body again even though I still have a way to go. No melatonin last night, for the second consecutive night. Still crazy dreams, but none of the sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming type stuff. Not sure I see much difference insomnia wise. Onward.

@Bozy. I water fast. No acv or any other supplements unless I need electrolytes. I do permit myself unlimited cream in morning coffee and stevia, gum, diet coke, etc., but have not used much this cut. I am currently on my 6th consecutive 72, which seems to be working. Plan is to cut to 185# - 190# and somewhere south of 14‰ body fat. Then recomp. Good luck!
