Today I gained a little weight, nothing much and nothing to worry about. The usual fluctuation thing. This is fine - yesterday I reached a new low, and had a (weight wise) big meal yesterday. Calories were just fine, though I missed some veggies. This is probably what "ruined" my weigh-in this morning. My stomach is feeling kinda funky. Oh, well.
Tomorrow will be better. Life is good!
