In a nutshell It's clean eating...you eliminate processed foods, sugars, dairy, certain complex carbs including grains etc for 30 days, then you reintroduce certain food groups every few days for another 15 days...
It's not aimed at weightloss as such but more finding out what foods your body really doesn't like and eliminating them.

🙂 Thanks - It sounds interesting, I might try this I’ve already eliminated added sugar and processed foods, but I would have difficulty cutting dairy products as cottage cheese is my main source of protein with whey isolate coming a close second. I’d have to find vegan alternatives.

Nearly sounds like what I'm doing. Besides that I'm allowed to eat raw fruits and veggies only. My sister in law gave up already 🤣 I'm on day 7 and don't plan to give up 🤪
