So I havent been watching what I eat or journaling for 3 weeks and of course my weight is back over400. Back to watching and journaling today. I have a box of medifast that has just been sitting in my kitchen for months. I decided today that I will finish it. I will decide in a few weeks if I am going to stay on it.
