I have no excuses but feel shame. I ate the toppings off of pizza. I tried not to eat any dough but idk if some escaped and got in. I also can’t believe the plan keto is so sensitive to fluctuations. I have not yet gotten that energy boost everyone talks about and unless I eat super low calorie I dont lose. So is it doing anything other than limiting me to two meals a day.
