Well... I'm feeling quite s****y about myself right now. 😞

Ok, this is a fresh week. Let's do better. Sunday was officially my last day of celebrating and now it's back to reality. Get it together :). You are so close to your goal.

I know... I am getting back on track. I couldn't believe I had gone UP. That was so frustrating. It's a new week though, so I'm going to really focus on reaching that goal!!! =)

i don't know why but i'm also finding it extremely hard to break through the 60's and get to the 50's. pretty frustrated myself but we'd get there sooner or later

I think it's partly the time of the year. Even when your calories are low, I know personally I tend to be eating more sugar and starch. So though the caloric total is technically ok, it's still bad stuff to be eating and it's why my body is still putting on weight. At least that's my theory.
