Five nights away from home. Beer thirty every night. I should be thankful for that mini gain. Looking ahead for a calorie and beer carb reduction and get back to sliding. Oh yea and I did not take my scale with me a no no. And I did emotion eat a meal (too many calories but still keto foods)
