So weighed myself as soon as I got out of bed this morning before anything else. As expected my weight jumped because I was dehydrated yesterday at 174 after biking. I had lots of fluid late yesterday and a giant burrito and chips from Qdoba as a treat last night and a cooler. Happy at 177 or lower!
