Kim, i really dont have a routine, no i dont swim, idk where that came from. my motto is "4 myself, by myself". i keep switching it up, right now just doing low carb, high protein - not keto. thinking about putting treadmill back into play, i had made my own HIIT playlist, and enjoyed it. whats your secret to sucess?

Kim, that’s great you keep at it!! Switching things up is good!!! What do I do... hop on over to my journal.. I’ve posted my routine. 4x week HIIT water cardio. It’s really firming up the loose skin over time!!! Have a super week!!!
