Continued health issues keep impacting my diet, I have blood sugar issues due to stress. I eat vegetarian, no sweets, tried to eliminate carbs completely for over 4 months. Not 1 pound lost, I broke out in blisters over my entire body and eyes. Too high acids in my diet I am tired of being scared to eat. barely eating 800 - 1000 calories, not good for you either. Starting off new year working with my doctor, try to control my blood sugar, more water and more movement. Its hard to move when you feel like complete crap every day.
