I was sick for many of the days last week, and because of that I assumed that the 6 lbs I lost during the week was from my body needed a lot of calories and so it burned off an extra 3 lbs. As we can see I have put the weight back on during the week, I was much more hungry this week than normal. I ate when i was hungry, but it not a bad thing because by the way the fasting diet goes we lose 1 to 2 lbs a week. I am right on target. Before I was sick I had gotten to 189 lbs, and so last week should have been around 187 and this week 186. I know that i am still losing weight and the weight is leaving off my stomach which is the last place I gained it.
