Hi Sassy Girl 👋 I see lasagna was your yummy dinner last night so let’s just say that gain I am assuming is from our sneaky friend SODIUM !!! Cheese and tomato sauce taste so good but are high salt problems for us 🥺 And being pregnant 🤰🏽 it’s really a health problem with blood pressure And because you’re my friend I worry so please be safe and monitor the hidden sodium in all the tasty food we are tempted by every day I am just losing waterweight gained from indulging in every thing I could get hold of chips,cheese,popcorn and deli meats ... add candy and salty crackers and pretzels 🥨 = 205 up to 220 Yikes 😱 So I am back to trying more 212 today 🙏🏻🙋🏻♀️💕
