I am in the same boat—even worse. I’ve gained 40-50 pounds in the last few years. I’m committed to doing something about it and started using this app 2 days ago. My focus is to love myself by taking care of myself and do a few improvements at a time so that I’ll stick to it. You can do it!

This app is great and has helped me a lot in the past. It’s been hard handling covid stress properly. I have not been exercising at all and just ate and drank terribly since March. Making a conscious decision to change it all. For the most part I’m either “all in” or “all out”. So here’s to “all in” for taking care of ourselves in 2021!!
