I didn't follow my calorie count well at all this week but I still lost a pound. Not sure how that happened except that I've heard the way you eat 80% of the time is more important than being perfect all the time. I didn't intend to go over my count, it just happened a few times with all the holiday leftovers in the house. This morning is a new day! I'm going grocery shopping this afternoon and picking up lots of protein, veggies and fruit and will try harder this week. Happy New Year to everyone!
