I guess i didn't follow as well as I thought! Up 5 lbs! Boo! Went to Red lobster for dinner..passed on biscuits, no croutons on salad...had broccoli and roasted veg on side...but the salmon new orleans was awesome...i love the tabasco buerre blanc they put on it! Oh well today is another day!
