Well Yo YO or YOLO ... back over 340! Need my ass kicked ... Even did 3 hours at gym this week and worked a full day (today) Friday ... Must have been having the good life and did not catch it ... I suspect an insulin does called R may be making me gain ... gonna watch glucose close and not use that for one week ... Next Friday will tell ... getting labs in one week ... A1C always tells te story. Ok FAT buddies ... eat to live not live to eat ... Ha! Just had sashimi two days ago ... Best Blue Fin Tuna ever! ...

I sympathize! Haven't even had the nerve to weigh in this week, 'cuz I'm pretty sure I won't like the trend. :p That said, sashimi is wonderful stuff! High protein, relatively low calories, and lots of beneficial fish fat for those omega-3s. Yum! Now I want some, too. :) Are you sure you want a kick in the hindquarters? Promise to do the same for me? Okay, turn around... here goes: *kick* Better now? ;)
