Good thing is you are correcting it now, you know you don't want the extra weight and great news is you know you can do it! I hope you understand when I say I droped a pound doesn't mean I am being successfull, I am still having a hard time. I feel horrible w/out work outs, I may be under cals since Im not really counting, I am stressed more then ever LOL and what else... ugh We all seem to lose focus at one time or another, so lets just get back into it asap!
