Tomorrow is the scale reveal. Anyone else trying keto and feel like you are eating too much cheese? If cheese isn’t on my meal it is on a snack. It seems like everyday I’m cheezin. And I’m having trouble making myself eat avocado. Any suggestions on that?

Nuts, nut butters, coconut, olives, eggs, cook veg in healthy oils or butter, Mayo. Concentrate less on the fat and more on the carbs. It’s the low carbs that gets you into ketosis. Fat is for energy.
