Hope everyone has a great day. A massage this morning and knee this afternoon. A clear benefit of 70 pounds gone is how much more I can walk. I used to struggle to get 3000 steps a day and the past few days I've topped 6000 steps easily. I know it'll keep moving up as the weight goes down.
